| RAJU V. UPPALAPATI is the Founding Chairman and CEO of RAVA Group, where he is responsible for creating opportunities, acquisitions, leasing, development, financing and sales of real estate assets.
Mr. Uppalapati is a serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in Real Estate, Finance and Management. Mr. Uppalapati is also CEO of BD&A Realty & Construction Inc. BD&A is a successful provider of truly distinctive residential custom home design, construction, development, real estate sales, and marketing services on the Outer Banks and Eastern North Carolina. During the past 20 years BD&A has built over 1,700 of the finest custom designed homes.
In addition, he is the founder of several successful business start-ups involved in the Real Estate, Hospitality, Financial, and Technology sectors. Mr. Uppalapati is a licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina & Virginia.
Mr. Uppalapati received his MA in International Management from the University of Texas, Dallas and his MBA from Wright State University, Dayton, Ohio. Mr. Uppalapati currently serves on the Board of Bank of the Commonwealth (NASDAQ –CWBS), Norfolk, VA. He is currently serving on several small business advisory boards. He is a past Director/Treasurer of the Outer Banks Tourism Board, Director/Treasurer and Vice Chairman of the Outer Banks Chamber of Commerce and he served on many other professional and charitable organizations. |

Burr Ault is the Vice President of Leasing and Acquisitions of RAVA Group. Burr is responsible for land acquisitions (Retail, Hospitality & Multi-family) and leasing of Commercial properties (Retail, Office and Flex).
Burr Ault brings over 20 years of commercial real estate expertise to the team. Burr’s experience encompasses acquisition, development, leasing and management. While holding significant positions at Lowe Enterprises and Beatty Management Company, he combined his institutional knowledge with an entrepreneurial approach to real estate. His efforts have resulted in extremely successful and profitable developments and re-positioning of major institutional assets representing over a billion dollars in asset value. Burr holds a BA in Management Economics from Hampden-Sydney College, Hampden-Sydney, VA and is a licensed real estate broker in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. |
